Concept Introduction (Instructor delivery)
The Instructor creates need of the current concept through a relevant example, so the participant find a example base to relate the topic being discussed, which increases the understanding and retention of the topic.

Technology Familiarization (PPT Slides or CBTs as relevant)
The use of PPT Slides and CBTs where ever relevant will depict the concept in a pictorial form in the participant's mind, enabling him to easily recollect the concept when ever needed.

Demonstration(Instructor Demonstration)
The demonstration of the execution of the technology gives the participant the confidence to implement it where ever needed.
